Sunseed believes that producers need to be equipped with skills to efficiently manage their meager resources, maximize production on their small land through the use of modern technologies, make informed business decisions, and also acquire good leadership skills.

We believe this will help farmers increase the production of raw materials, be able to facilitate aggregation, understand the pricing mechanism, and also time the market properly. Over 100 farmers have received Farm Business School and Farmer Organization Cycle training through our partner GIZ- MIERA.
